Did you know?
That in Oklahoma you can get arrested for making ugly faces at dogs. Violators can be fined and jailed too. As if dogs would care.
But of course, who are we to say "dogs don't care?". Its not like we understand them, you ask "Do you care doggy" They bark as an answer, but that can be both "no/yes". Maybe we should teach them to bark once for yes, twice for no.
